Responsibilities
Following are the essential duties of the Lean Champion:
- Problem solving projects, daily
- Manage and maintain Visual Control Boards, daily
- Manage 6S process, daily
- Manage Standard Work process, daily
- Manage kanban system through audits and adjustments, weekly
- Participate in Lean Review Meeting with management, weekly
- Participate in Cell Facilitator Development Sessions, weekly
- Participate in Lean Champion Review meetings, monthly
- Develop visual charts and graphs
- Assist others with problem solving projects
- Lead training in 6S, Lean, etc.
- Lead/facilitate improvement projects
