	Orchid Bio-Coat is seeking a 3rd shift Supervisor. This person will supervise employees directly engaged in silimar work; reviews production schedules, assigns work and work stations, corrdinates setup and ensures that materials are available to complete scheduled work. May occasionally perform limited work similar to employees directed. Has authority, with approval to hire, fire or discipline independently. Provides evaluation/feedback to employees, under direction of manager.

	Responsibilities Experience Required: Previous supervisory experieince. Ability to work well in a fast paced environment to meet customer demands. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Demonstrate attention to detail. Positive attitude Ability to lead a team Work with minimal supervision Willing to work 58 hour work weeks Individual will be responsible for problem solving Must be knowledgeable in LEAN Manufacturing. Ability to work well in a fast paced environment to meet customer deadlines. Excellent communication skills both written and oral Blue print reading Able to work individually and as a team Willing to work 58 hour work weeks Solid Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) *Quality systems basics Must have a passion and vision for creating a world-leading manufacturing company.
	Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Possess strong communication skills and interact well with others; strong attention to detail Ability to work well in a fast paced environment to meet customer demands
