| | Responsibilities
- Participate in change control review process
- Participate in design reviews of new products/projects
- Identify needs for and develop teams to address quality problems
- Organize all activities related to non-conforming material review board
- Responsible for the implementation of the equipment/product/process validation program
- Assist in preparing for customer audits
- Assist quality assurance management in developing documented inspection methods for all instruments/products
- Ensure that all documentation is completed regarding the design review process

| | Qualifications
- Experience using statistical problem solving tools
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Strong work ethic
- Lean Champion and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred

| | Education / Experience
- Bachelor Degree
- 5 years experience as Quality Engineer
